What this is

A skincare advisor. We help you decide what to use, why, how, and what to stop — for Indian skin, climate and budgets. We also let you tell us what you already own so the advice is specific.

What this is not

Not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing here replaces a consultation with a qualified dermatologist or doctor. Skin scores and fit scores are our own ranking heuristics, not measurements of your health.

See a doctor for painful, spreading or scarring acne, persistent itch or rash, hair loss, anything that bleeds, weeps or swells, symptoms near the eyes, or anything that feels wrong. Our red-flag advice exists for exactly this.

Face scan estimates

A scan estimates visible traits from photographs under changing light, on a phone camera, with makeup, filters and screen calibration unknown to us. Treat it as a starting guess you can override — every result is editable by hand.

How we choose what we recommend

Ranked on fit with your stated concerns, ingredient plausibility, climate and texture fit, irritation risk and price per ml. Never on popularity, brand payments, or commission. Where we earn a commission from a link, we disclose it on the page, and the ordering is fixed.

Product claims are the brand's

Ingredient lists, SPF claims, “lab tested” and clinical wording come from brands or their pages. We separate those claims from our own reasoning and tell you which is which. A brand claim is not evidence that something will work for you.

Patch test, then one change at a time

Try new leave-on products on a small area for 24–48 hours first. Introduce one new product at a time and give it about eight weeks. Neither of those sentences is decoration.

Not responsible for

Relying on cosmetic education instead of medical care, reactions to a product we recommended, or purchases made through links on our pages. Buy what you were going to buy anyway — if a recommendation does not suit your skin, skip it.

Changes

We will update this page and the date at the top when the policy changes. Material changes are noted in the app's public changelog.
